Will my names and date be printed exactly as entered?
Your canvas is printed exactly as you enter the names and details at checkout, so please double-check the spelling and capitalization before ordering. Need a change after you've ordered? Email support@charmingfamilygift.com right away and we'll help if it hasn't gone to print yet.
When will my canvas arrive?
Your estimated delivery window is displayed near the Add to Cart button and automatically updates based on the day you order. Typical delivery is approximately 5–7 business days via USPS or 3–5 business days via FedEx.
Can I order it for an anniversary or special occasion?
Absolutely. These personalized canvases are designed for anniversaries, weddings, Valentine's Day, Christmas, birthdays, and other meaningful occasions. If you're ordering for a specific date, check the estimated delivery window near the Add to Cart button before placing your order.
What is the canvas made from?
Our canvas features a premium 35% cotton and 65% polyester fine-weave material with a substantial 310gsm weight. It is gallery-wrapped on a 1.5" frame with durable backing for added protection and arrives ready to hang.
Does the canvas arrive ready to hang?
Yes. Your canvas arrives professionally wrapped and framed with pre-drilled hanging holes, so it can be displayed quickly without needing an additional frame.
Will the print fade over time?
No. We use eco-solvent inks chosen for long-lasting, fade-resistant color, so your canvas stays vivid for years — not the dull, washed-out look of cheaper prints.
What happens if my personalized canvas arrives damaged?
Because each piece is custom-made with your names, we can't resell returns — but if it arrives damaged or printed incorrectly, we'll remake it free or refund you in full. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
Which canvas size should I choose?
18″ × 12″ is a compact option for smaller walls, 24″ × 16″ works beautifully in bedrooms and entryways, 30″ × 20″ provides more visual presence, and 36″ × 24″ makes an excellent statement piece above a sofa, bed, or fireplace.

I don’t normally do reviews but these people deserve one. Customer service was great. The first one came damaged so they immediately sent me another one and that one also came damaged so they again immediately sent out another one that arrived perfectly this time. But they assured me if this one didn’t arrive in good condition they would reimburse us a full refund. This was an anniversary gift to us for our 18th anniversary and my husband really liked it as it was our wedding song.
