No, we do not charge any restocking fees on returns.

- Change of mind (wrong size, color, or no longer needed): Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

14. Can I return a personalized item?
Personalized items (with names, initials, dates, or custom text) cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind or input errors, as they are made specifically for you.
However, if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you can request a return, replacement, or refund by contacting our support team with photo evidence within the return period.
15. What if my personalized item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
If your personalized item is damaged, faulty, or does not match the personalization details you submitted, you are eligible for a free replacement or a full refund.
In such cases, please contact us at support@charmingfamilygift.com with clear photo evidence. We encourage reporting issues within 48 hours for the fastest processing, but all defective claims are covered under our 30-day guarantee.
16. Can I cancel a personalized order?
You can cancel your order within 12 hour of placing it for a full refund.
After this period, personalized orders usually cannot be cancelled because production begins quickly.
Once production has started, the order is considered final and cannot be refunded or cancelled.
