Shipping times depend on the method you choose at checkout:

Our Return & Refund Policy applies to eligible items. Personalized or custom-made products are non-refundable once processing begins. For general returns, you typically have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

5. Do you charge restocking fees?

No, we do not charge any restocking fees on returns.

6. Who pays for return shipping?

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: Return shipping is free
  • Change of mind (wrong size, color, or no longer needed): Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

CHARMING FAMILY GIFT LLC is headquartered in Kalispell, Montana, where our business operations and customer support are managed. To ensure faster production and delivery, orders are produced and fulfilled through our production facility in St. Petersburg, Florida, which handles manufacturing, shipping, and returns processing.

8. Can I return a personalized item?

Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned because they are created specifically for you and cannot be resold.

However, an exception applies: if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect (not matching your order details), you may request a return, replacement, or refund.

In such cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence.

9. What if my personalized item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

If your personalized item is damaged, faulty, or does not match the personalization details you submitted, you are eligible for a free replacement or a full refund.

Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item

Our team will review your request and arrange a resolution at no additional cost to you.

10. Can I cancel a personalized order?

You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it for a full refund.

After this period, personalized orders usually cannot be cancelled because production begins quickly.

Once production has started, the order is considered final and cannot be refunded or cancelled.
