Cancellation Policy

At Charming Family Gift LLC, we work hard to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Because many of our products are customized or made-to-order, cancellations must follow our specific guidelines.

Order Cancellations

  • Because our products are produced on demand, our fulfillment process begins shortly after an order is placed.
    Cancellation Window: We offer a 12-hour window from the time of purchase to cancel your order for a full refund.

    After 12 Hours: Once this window has passed, your order is sent to our production facility in Florida to be custom-crafted. At this stage, we are unable to cancel or modify the order.

    How to Request: Please email support@charmingfamilygift.com within 12 hours of your purchase with your order number.

Processing Refunds

  • Refunds for cancelled orders are usually processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. The exact timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exceptions & Important Notes

  • Personalized products: Once customization begins, cancellation is not available.
  • Bulk or special orders: May require additional approval for cancellations.
