Cancellation Policy

At Charming Family Gift LLC, we work hard to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Because many of our products are customized or made-to-order, cancellations must follow our specific guidelines.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders must be cancelled within 1 hour of placement to receive a full refund.
  • After 1 hour, the order may have entered production or been dispatched, and cancellation may no longer be possible.
  • Personalized or custom items cannot be cancelled once production begins.

How to Cancel Your Order

To request a cancellation:

  1. Email: support@charmingfamilygift.com
  2. Include your order number and any relevant details.
  3. Our customer support team will confirm your cancellation and refund (if applicable) as quickly as possible.

Processing Refunds

  • Refunds for cancelled orders are usually processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
  • If your order is already in production or has been shipped, refunds may not be possible, but our team will guide you through the next steps.

Exceptions & Important Notes

  • Personalized products: Once customization begins, cancellation is not available.
  • Bulk or special orders: May require additional approval for cancellations.
  • Shipping fees: Any applicable shipping fees may not be refundable.
