Cancellation Policy
At Charming Family Gift LLC, we work hard to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Because many of our products are customized or made-to-order, cancellations must follow our specific guidelines.
Order Cancellations
- Orders must be cancelled within 1 hour of placement to receive a full refund.
- After 1 hour, the order may have entered production or been dispatched, and cancellation may no longer be possible.
- Personalized or custom items cannot be cancelled once production begins.
How to Cancel Your Order
To request a cancellation:

Processing Refunds
- Refunds for cancelled orders are usually processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
- If your order is already in production or has been shipped, refunds may not be possible, but our team will guide you through the next steps.
Exceptions & Important Notes
- Personalized products: Once customization begins, cancellation is not available.
- Bulk or special orders: May require additional approval for cancellations.
- Shipping fees: Any applicable shipping fees may not be refundable.
