At Charming Family Gift,  we want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry. To ensure a smooth experience, we offer a straightforward return, refund, and exchange process.

1. Return Window

● You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.
● Products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging, tags, and accessories.
● Our support team is available to guide you through the process.
● We do not charge any restocking fees.

2. Return Costs

   Defective or Incorrect Items: If the item is damaged, defective, or the wrong product was received, Charming Family Gift will cover 100% of the return shipping costs. Please contact us at support@charmingfamilygift.com with clear photo evidence, for a prepaid label. We encourage reporting issues within 48 hours for the fastest processing, but all defective claims are covered under our 30-day guarantee.
   Change of Mind: If you wish to return an item for a refund, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
   No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees.

3. How to Return

  2. Repack: Place the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories and documents.
  3. Ship: Follow the instructions provided in your return authorization email. Use the recommended carrier.

To provide faster production, shipping, and returns processing, orders are fulfilled through our Florida production and fulfillment facility located in 3340 Scherer Dr Suite E, St. Petersburg, Florida 33716, United States

5. Refunds

● Once your return arrives, we will inspect the item to confirm it meets our return criteria.
● Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days. Timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item (for example, due to a defect or a different preference), we are happy to help.
Defective Items: We provide a free exchange for any item that arrives damaged or incorrect.
Standard Exchanges: For all other exchange requests, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs to our Florida facility. Once we receive your original item, we will process and ship your new selection.

7. Order Cancellations

Because our products are produced on demand, our fulfillment process begins shortly after an order is placed.
Cancellation Window: We offer a 12-hour window from the time of purchase to cancel your order for a full refund.

After 12 Hours: Once this window has passed, your order is sent to our production facility in Florida to be custom-crafted. At this stage, we are unable to cancel or modify the order.
