Payment Policy
- Full payment is required at checkout.
- Orders are only confirmed once payment clears.
- For personalized or custom-made products, cancellations and change-of-mind refunds are unavailable after processing begins. This restriction does not affect support for products that arrive damaged, defective, or different
from the confirmed order. - If a payment issue arises, our customer support team will contact you immediately to resolve it.

- Prices on Charming Family Gift are listed in USD.
- Pricing may change without prior notice.
- Taxes, shipping, and handling fees are mentioned clearly before checkout.

Refunds & Chargebacks
