Incomplete order

When I ordered the pendant, I also marked for the earrings as well. Each time I tried to place the order the earrings were removed. I bought the earrings separately & now I'm informed that the earrings can't be sent separately. So I guess I have to attempt to by another pendant & hopefully the earrings as well.
