Customer service was great, I made a couple Mistakes on the dates, was able to email and have them changed. I was sent an example of what it would look like. Showed up as I expected and should last a long time. Side note I ordered the magnets, with lap siding they don�t work well enough due to not being flat against the wall. The hole to hang the plaque from is defective as it was punched too close to the edge making the plaque unsafe to hang. It will not stay on the wall. In addition the name Fischer in the middle is too small. The metal is very flimsy and thin as well. The finishing has rough edges. It needed to be smoothed out.
